We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ouvre. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
Accounts require verification. We review submissions and may approve or deny access based on the information provided. Denied users may submit an appeal.
Ouvre supports multiple roles: Student, Teacher, Professional Dancer, and Company. Each role has specific features and responsibilities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (videos, images, text). By uploading content to Ouvre, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
This licence ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared with or used by other users (e.g., competition submissions, feedback videos).
You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Lesson bookings: Students pay teachers through Stripe Connect. Ouvre charges a service fee on each transaction. Prices are set by teachers and displayed before booking.
Live streaming fees: Teachers pay a per-session fee for live lesson infrastructure.
Memberships and boosts: Available as in-app purchases through the platform.
Refunds: Cancellations before a lesson may be eligible for a refund. Completed lessons are generally non-refundable. Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Ouvre hosts dance competitions with various phases (submission, judging, deliberation, results). By entering a competition, you agree to:
Prize claims are subject to verification. Fraudulent entries will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.
Ouvre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L'Ouvre Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
We encourage users to resolve disputes informally by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
